Ordering & Shopping
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Every bottle we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors. We do not sell replicas or imitations.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are shipped the same day. Standard delivery across Canada takes 2–5 business days depending on your province.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Currently we ship within Canada only. International shipping is coming soon.
Is shipping free?
Yes — orders over $150 ship free across Canada. Orders under $150 ship at a flat calculated rate based on weight and destination.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us at info@aurafragrances.ca within 4 hours of placing it and we will adjust or cancel for you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our full returns policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email info@aurafragrances.ca with your order number and we’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac e-Transfer.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe over a PCI-DSS compliant encrypted connection. We never see or store your card number.
Stores & In-Person
Where are your stores located?
We have 14+ retail locations across Ontario and Quebec. See our store locations page for the full list, addresses, hours, and directions.
Can I buy in-store and pick up later?
Yes — call any of our stores ahead and we’ll set the item aside for you. Some stores also offer same-day curbside pickup for online orders.

Which fragrance is right for me?
Browse by category (Men, Women, Unisex) or use our search to find fragrances by note family. If you’d like a personal recommendation, drop by any of our stores or message us on Instagram for advice.
What’s the difference between EDP, EDT, and EDC?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) has the highest concentration of fragrance oils (15–20%) and lasts the longest. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter (5–15%). Eau de Cologne (EDC) is the lightest (2–4%).
How long does a fragrance last?
Most of our EDPs last 6–10 hours on skin. Longevity depends on skin type, weather, and where you apply it — pulse points (wrists, neck, behind ears) hold scent longest.
Account & Orders
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and reorder past favourites in one click.
How do I track my order?
Use our order tracking page or check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Visit the password reset page and enter your email. We’ll send you a reset link.
