1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using aurafragrances.ca you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities. Product images are for reference; actual packaging may vary slightly.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may decline orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier scans the parcel as delivered. Lost or damaged parcels must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery scan.

All site content — text, images, logos, product photography — is the property of Aura Fragrances Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Fragrances Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
