Track Your Order

Track your order in two ways:

1. Email tracking link

Every order ships with a tracking number sent to the email on your account. Check your inbox (and the spam folder) for “Your Aura Fragrances order has shipped.”

2. Look up by order + email

Enter your order number and the email used at checkout below:

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Still no info?

If your order tracking shows no movement for more than 2 business days, email info@aurafragrances.ca with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
